Japan provides 305,314 USD for implementation of four projects
On 25 November 2016, under Japan’s economic cooperation framework, the Grant Assistance for Grassroots Human Security Projects (“KUSANONE” Grant), the Government of Japan has agreed to provide US$305,314 in total to 4 recipient organizations. The Grant Contracts have been signed between H.E. Mr. HORINOUCHI Hidehisa, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Japan to the Kingdom of Cambodia, and the representatives of the recipients respectively, to carry out the following projects: Constructing School Building at Chheu Teal Chrum Primary School in Veal Veng District, Pursat Province’ (US$58,800), Constructing School Building at Boeung Snuol Primary School in Bavel District, Battambang Province’ (US$81,818), Constructing School Building at Khlaing Primary School in Ba Phnum District, Prey Veng Province’ (US$82,355), Constructing Gynecology and Obstetrics Ward at Trapang Kraloeng Referral Hospital in Kampong Speu Province’ (US$82,341).
